SHIPPING POLICY — ACI GROUP, LLC

This policy explains how ACI Group, LLC handles the shipment of products purchased through our online store. Please read it in full before placing an order.
R1 — SCOPE OF DELIVERY
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently offered.
R2 — PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). High-volume periods may extend this by 1–2 additional days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order is dispatched.
R3 — DELIVERY OPTIONS
• Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping — 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
All delivery estimates begin on the date of shipment, not the date of order. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
R4 — COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Orders of $75.00 or more shipping to the contiguous United States receive free Standard shipping. No promotional code is required; the discount applies automatically.
R5 — ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier tracking systems typically reflect activity within 24–48 hours of pickup. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us.
R6 — CARRIER SELECTION
We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined by the shipping method chosen, package specifications, and destination. You do not need to designate a carrier at checkout.
R7 — SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. ACI Group, LLC is not liable for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can only amend the address before the order has been dispatched.
R8 — P.O. BOX AND MILITARY SHIPMENTS
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and Express options may not be available for these address types.
R9 — LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Upon carrier confirmation of delivery, liability for the package transfers to the recipient. ACI Group, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
• Lost packages: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. We will file an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
• Damaged packages: Retain all packaging materials and photograph the damage. Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs.
R10 — SHIPPING DELAYS
Certain events may cause delays outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, holiday peak seasons, and regulatory inspections. We will communicate any significant delays impacting your order as soon as we become aware of them.
